Underhill
There are 5 rentable properties on the farm, 1 six sleeper: Greenhouse cottage, 1 four sleeper: Rivendell Cottage, and 3 two sleepers: Oak Cottage, Hobbit Hollow and Bacuzzi Blyplek. First on the left is the Tiny House, a cottage built on a trailer with a bacuzzi and outdoor bathroom where the two rivers meet. Straight ahead at the top of the hill is Oak cottage, our tree house inspired cottage overhanging the bot rivier valley, with an indoor and outdoor bathroom, and a deck with fantastic valley views. There is a very large enclosed garden with fire-pit and steps leading down to the river valley. In the middle of the farm in Rivendell with riverside firepit and large enclosed stoep with pizza over and braai. In the far left corner of the farm is the Greenhouse also built into the hillside as an earthship inspired cottage with a long corridor leading to the bedrooms and clerestory windows capturing the winter sunshine. Opposite the greenhouse on the other river bank is Hobbit Hollow, our underground hobbit inspired cottage.

Underhill is less than 100km from Cape Town, making it ideal for a weekend escape or mid-week getaway.
The farm is on the Van Der Stel Pass, which is popular for cycling and hiking. Franschhoek, Hermanus, and Botrivier are all within 40min of the farm and offer wine tasting, fine dining, outdoor adventures, shopping and more.

Greenhouse cottage is the largest cottage on the farm with 3 en-suite extra large bedrooms and large kitchen / lounge and enclosed stoep. Greenhouse cottage is tucked into the corner of Underhill, with a large garden bordering the Twaalfontein stream.
