This 10 sleeper House is situated in the upmarket Walkerson’s Private Estate, a mere 10km from the charming little town of Dullstroom. With unparallelled privacy and magnificent views of the waterfall and valley, the house offers a place to unwind and relax in true comfort and style. The house boasts 5 bedrooms, all en-suite and with beautiful views of the waterfall and valley. Four of the rooms are each fitted with single beds that can be converted into king beds and one rooms has a king size bed. A formal living area includes a spacious lounge with fireplace, flatscreen TV, and 10-seater dining table. Stack doors open up to a beautiful decked patio with a magnificent view. The decked patio boasts a 10-seater table, sun loungers, and a swing chair to relax and enjoy the view. Step off the deck to enjoy an evening at the beautiful stone-clad firepit. The entertainment area includes an indoor braai and fireplace, flat screen TV Full DSTV package, pool table, and chill area. The large stack doors again open up onto the decked patio A spacious open-plan kitchen is equipped with a large gas hob and oven, large double-door fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, ice machine, and beverage cooler. The scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The house features a separate guest toilet, solar and battery backup, WIFI in main areas, a double carport, daily wood and firelighter supply, fly fishing permits available, and daily housekeeping. The Walkersons Hotel is a short walk from the house and offers a top-class breakfast, lunch and dinner menu as well as the signature tea and scones.
