Area Info
The Natal Midlands is an area of gently rolling hills with green farmlands, lovely rivers and streams, and indigenous and commercial forests. The area has been a haven for rural and creative people since the early 1800s.
In spring and summer, the hillsides are covered in carpets of green, dotted with abundant wildflowers. During the crispy cold autumns, the leaves and grasslands turn burnt orange and yellow, and during winter, the air is frosty and sometimes there is even snow.
You will also find some of the most spectacular waterfalls in the province, excellent fly-fishing, and an amazing variety of craft shops and home industries along the route known as the Midlands Meander.

Jasmine is a thatched cottage, which has two bedrooms, bathroom has bathtub incl. shower head. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two 3/4 beds. DStv bouquet incl. No lounge/ kitchen. Bar fridge+ microwave+tea service.
Hibiscus

Hibiscus is our smallest cottage and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and small, modern bathroom with shower. There is DStv (bouquet) and wall-mounted heaters. Hibiscus overlooks the gardens and indigenous forest from a paved patio.
Lavender

Lavender Cottage has one bedroom (queen-size bed) en-suite bathroom (with bath & shower head), fireplace and open-plan kitchen. There is DStv (bouquet). Lavender has a paved, covered patio. Self-catering units are more basic but comfortable.
Sunflower

Sunflower is a gorgeous cottage that is ideal for a small family getaway. The main bedroom is suitable for 2 adults and the other bedroom for 2 children. It has its own fully equipped kitchen, patio and braai area. Includes a full-size bath + shower.
Protea BnB

Protea suite is a luxurious room perfect for a couple's getaway. It is river facing and has the most amazing view of rolling green hills and the mountains in the distance. The room has a free standing shower as well as its own bath tub. No stove.
