Our load shed proof architect designed home (my wife is the architect) has four double bedrooms all with private en-suite bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. This can be increased to 10 guests in the same home (combining the self contained flat) to have 5 double bedrooms each with private en suite bathrooms. Please contact Chris for availability . The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood to enable you to retreat but at the same time close to all entertainment and local attractions. We offer a shuttle transfer (for guests account) from Cape Town International Airport to the house. Level living opening up onto a large lawned garden. This house has a 10 metre swimming pool which overlooks the V&A Waterfront. It has a modern kitchen and facilities with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. All linen and bedding will be supplied for the duration of the stay with a cleaner once a week who will refresh all linen. She may be available for personal laundry and cleaning by arrangement. Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants and bars in trendy Green Point. Easy walking distance to De Waterkant Cape Quarter, the V&A Waterfront with its myriad of shops and entertainment. It is also walking distance to the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) which makes it the perfect location for delegates to this world class conference centre. Three routes of the My-Citi bus are close by with easy access to the city, airport and also all the best Atlantic Seaboard beaches. You will be able to contact the host, Chris, throughout your stay for any questions that you may have either about Cape Town or the property.

Green Point is a trendy suburb almost in the centre of Cape Town, with lots of different shops and restaurants.
Getting Around
There are three MyCiti bus routes each within a three minute walk. One of these routes goes directly to and from the airport so no need to hire a car or taxi.
Uber is well established in Cape Town and provides an excellent service. Generally the wait for an Uber to arrive at the house is no longer than three minutes - whatever the time of day or night.
