Whale's Way Ocean Retreat is situated in Wilderness at the heart of the Garden Route, within easy reach of all the major attractions of this beautiful coastline. The international airport of George is only 20 minutes away, Cape Town is 460km to the west and Port Elizabeth is 240km to the east.
We are located on a dune above the Indian Ocean and enjoy excellent views of the dolphins and whales (in season). There is a 'boardwalk' staircase that is within an easy walk that takes you down to the beach below.
The Garden Route is famous for its diverse nature and outdoor activities.
The whole of the Garden Route and the R62 Route has so much to offer and we are central to it all.
We can assist you with suggestions to great ideas for day trips that you can do in your own leisure. Three days, no a week, well even a month is too short to enjoy everything and still relax and just go to the beach.
